Guinness marinated Bison Ribeye with Bearnaise Sauce, accompanied by Potatoes AuGratin.

My wife made an exceptional homecoming meal for me. A Guinness Dublin Porter marinated bison ribeye with Bearnaise sauce accompanied by a splendid Potatoes AuGratin.

The ribeye was soft, juicy, and medium. The marbling is what you would expect from a ribeye. The Guinness marinade was teasing my tongue as I took a bite out of the steak. The steak was only complimented by the Bearnaise sauce. I enjoy savory foods and this was an excellent meal that exemplified savory flavors. Especially with the potatoes accompanying it.

This is a lush meal and perfect for a dinner.
