To some Starbucks is a dirty word. To me it is coffee: pure and simple. Frankly speaking those who have a problem with Starbucks oftentimes forget that Starbucks helped popularize the idea of coffee drinks in America along with Gloria Jeans. Earlier I reviewed Gloria Jean’s Hazelnut. That is exceptional coffee. I am hopeful that this creme brulee is another example of how a flavored coffee should be.
Taste & Aroma: The rich aroma of this coffee speaks volumes about the quality of this coffee long before you ever taste it. When I do taste the coffee, I detect the burnt character of some creme brulee’s, and the lovely vanilla caramel feeling too. This tastes like I am drinking a creme brulee, and that is what I expected. Starbucks delivered well here.
Final Analysis: Starbucks is not the ‘S’ word. Starbucks delivers quality products and this is an example of one of them. Now why don’t you give this a try?
Great post! Next time I’m out shopping, I’m definitely checking this one out!
