I had a good dinner tonight: General Tso’s Chicken and a Quinoa Kale Blend! I enjoyed my Creme Brulee coffee with it as well.
The General Tso’s was well-seasoned, and the glaze my wife made facilitated a restaurant quality meal with the chicken flavors I enjoy and the Asian flavors I was craving. It reminded me of Chai Cusine in our fine city of Peoria.
The quinoa and kale blend provided a cleansing touch to the meal. It refreshed my palette after the general tso’s and was truly a welcome taste. A brilliant meal indeed.
