Folgers in the coffee world is a lot like Anheuser-Busch InBev in the beer world. Their quality is underestimated. In college I drank Folgers at the library. The Folgers there was free. At home in high school I drank Folgers, and now as a working adult I still drink Folgers.

When I noticed this Caramel Drizzle flavored coffee I figured I would enjoy it in my Keurig brewer.

The caramel is strong and earthy in it’s scent. A sweet, but not too sweet aroma. Bright enough to pique your interest but not overbearing. The caramel is not overpowering in the flavor either. The coffee’s true nature is still the king. The caramel remains more of a backup singer.

I likely will buy this coffee again. I’d serve it to guests when they need a low calorie caffeinated dessert. This is not an all day coffee.
