Background: Earlier I tried and reviewed Carlsberg’s tried and true lager. It was time to explore this brewery’s portfolio further.
Taste & Aroma: A biscuity, toasty, and spicy nose is here. Intriguing to say the least! Down the hatch. The opening is mellow and malty, the middle is bready, and the finish is clean with a lingering malt. Dude, where’s my hops?
Final Analysis: This is so boring, I’m going to pour it down the drain. Try regular Carlsberg instead of this.
