This is the most balanced vanilla ice cream I believe I have ever enjoyed. It is not too sweet and it is not too subdued. The natural vanilla flavor shines brightly and this smells like vanilla bean.

Vanilla may be a boring ice cream flavor. Yet it always has its place. Vanilla ice cream is a basic dessert. It is not as glamorous as Mint Chocolate Chip, nor does it have the romance of Moose Tracks. It is always a good choice though, and Uncle Bob’s makes it an even better choice.
