Stone Brewing’s gastropub in Escondido, California is a Solomon’s Temple to Beer. When you are adjacent to it, you would hardly think it was a brewery. I’m celebrating getting closer to a new journey with one of their superb beers: Wussie Pilsner.

Beer: Who You Callin’ Wussie
Beer Style: Pilsner
Abv: 5.80%
Serving Methodology: Can poured into a pint glass
Brewery: Stone
Country of Origin: United States of America
Taste & Aroma: This is a hoppy beer with a malty backbone. The finish is funky without being too sour. This is a beer for pilsner lovers. If you liked Pilsner Urquell, you’ll love this beer. This is a solid example of a 19th Century beer style.
Pending Analysis: I need to try this on draught. This is a fabulous beer. I’m eager to see it on draught at the soonest opportunity.
