Background: You know me, I love a good stout. It is stout season, Ladies and Gentlemen. Tis the season and as the days get chillier, it is time to chill out with some stout. Pour the black gold now.

Taste & Aroma: You’ll get a whiff of milk chocolate and espresso at first. As the beer goes into your mouth though you’ll get the flavor of chocolate: semi-sweet and dark. And then you’ll get the flavors of roasted malt, and a dark oily espresso! These are the flavors you expect from stout and they are delivered clearly. As the beer warms the roasted flavors become more pronounced. If you like stout, you’ll like this beer.
Final Analysis: This is a solid example of a stout. If you don’t like stouts, try this one. It would be even better on draught. I highly believe you will not regret it. Even my wife, who prefers lighter beers: lagers, pale ales, and pilsners liked this beer. Check this one out soon. It will be perfect for this time of year.
