I am a big fan of Uncle Bob’s Ice Cream manufactured in Eureka, IL. I’ve travelled to many places with good ice cream, but I can say Uncle Bob’s may be the world’s best. Today I’m going to talk about a flavor special for the people of Eureka, IL, the people of Central Illinois, and the Chicago Cubs baseball team, as they won the 2016 World Series.

I picked up the carton at my local grocery store. The chocolate covered peanuts, chocolate crispies, and the ribbons of caramel provide a ball park flavor to a delightful base of Uncle Bob’s tried and true vanilla ice cream. This is a delightful ice cream and it is limited edition. If you are in the distribution area of the Eureka, IL you need to pick this up as it is a limited edition flavor.x
