Again, I have a sore throat. I mentioned that in the last post. Ice Cream is a necessity with a sore throat. This ice cream was certainly a treat. The aroma was of fresh mint leaves, and the chocolate flavors were earthy and coffee-like. I greatly enjoyed this. Uncle Bob’s Ice Cream has a Mint Chocolate Chip that is similar along with Turkey Hill’s. This one is right on the par with those.
