Background: I discovered this at a local grocery store. After obtaining this I poured it into two glasses for Amanda and I to try.
Amanda’s Reaction: It’s pretty good! The aroma is pleasant, I don’t like the finish, but the start is great.
Taste & Aroma: I smell milk chocolate and fruitcake bites. The nostalgia of Christmas is present in the smell, the taste shall be examined next. I taste gingerbread, sugar cookies, big red chewing gum, and dark chocolate at the finish with a bite of warming alcohol. This beer has excellent aroma and flavor!
Final Analysis: Great Russian Imperial Stout! This is a full flavored malty elixir that serves as a winter wamer in colder temperatures such as we are having.
