Beer: Celebration Ale
Brewery: Sierra Nevada
Beer Style: Fresh Hop IPA
Abv: 6.8%
Serving method: 12 oz bottle poured into pint glass
Country of Origin: United States of America (Chico, California and Mills River, North Carolina)
Background: This is one of my favorite Christmastime beers. And with the reason for the season, this is a perfect named beer. We have many reasons to celebrate but let’s remember numero uno.

Taste & Aroma: I can smell a pine forest, and some earthy malt. Thsi smells like a good IPA waiting to be consumed. The dark fruit flavor, with a malty middle and a subdued hop bite make this a well-balanced wet hop IPA. This is one that even non hopheads will love if they are accustomed to craft beers. I think you will enjoy this ale if you enjoy other Sierra Nevada products.
Final Analysis: Sierra Nevada Celebration is an excellent beer full of flavor and a good aroma. This is a quality IPA from a great brewery. I may seek it out on draught. However only if time allows. Celebrate with Celebration!
