Don’t we all just love slow cookers! They are majestic urns of flavor! Amphorae of aromatic flavors, jugs of juices, and cookers of majestic meals worthy of admiration and praise from our palettes! All right, enough praise to the slow cooker. Let’s talk about the meal that my wife made.
These pork ribs were applewood smoked and coated with a savory dry rub. The rub was garlic-forward. We picked them up at Kroger’s. These ribs were cooked from 9:10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.. They were falling off the bone. These were ribs worthy of a slow cooker. This is an example of what the glorious crock pot can accomplish!
