When Amanda and I first began our relationship we would enjoy seeing the ‘Sauce Boss” Harley Morenstein and his crew of culinary punks make bacon inspired meals. I even have a shirt that has Bacon Strips printed on its front!

Pillsbury honey biscuits, Oscar Mayer center cut bacon, eggs over easy, corned beef hash, and the Novak family gravy recipe were all maneuvered by Amanda towards making an incredible breakfast. The family recipe was modified though as to where bacon was featured and not sausage. This was a fun and new way to enjoy an excellent breakfast and Amanda knocked it out of the park!
