Ham Steak and Goat Cheese Sandwich


I used Frick’s Ham Steak and some Laura Chenel Goat Cheese to make a great luncheon sandwich. The cheese did well with the ham steak with its zesty dill bite and moist creamy texture. The ham steak was hearty and full flavored. My only regret was not having a hoagie bun or some other vehicle for the ingredients other than the sandwich bread we have currently!
