I’ve been eating this soup since I cannot remember when. It is one of the most creamy soups you’ll ever have from a can. The clam is decently portioned in this soup, although it should be increased. The potatoes are almost overshadowing the clams, but that’s not a grave offense. The body of the soup is the star, really! It is creamy, supple, and decadent.
The only seasonings I added were fresh ground pepper and red pepper flake to give the soup some teeth. Remember the first letter in pepper is a P, and that is a P for plenty.
