The closest Einstein’s Bagels to me shut down its operations over two years ago. It was poorly managed, understaffed, and not in the best area for its operations. I do miss the food and the incredible coffee though. So I brought home something as close to it as I could get. Bagelfuls.
These four filled tubular bagels are delicious. The just need about forty seconds in the microwave if they’re frozen, and I kept them frozen. The bagels look more like cannolis than they do bagels, but they taste like bagels. I enjoyed them.
The bagel itself is soft and it is the perfect jacket for the cream cheese filling which is tangy and sweet. I’ll have to try other varieties. It paired well with my Jimmy Dean Stuffed Hashbrown.
