Ruderich’s Red Seal Ale

Beer: Ruderich’s Red Seal Ale

Brewery: North Coast Brewing

Abv: 5.40%

Beer Style: Amber Ale

Country of Origin: United States of America

Serving Method: Bottle poured into pint glass

Background: I figured it was time for a beer review. It has been a long time. Also I don’t think I’ve ever done an Amber Ale on here. Also, it has been tremendously long since I have had a brew from the makers of Ole Raspy!

Taste & Aroma: I’m picking up a woody aroma with a lot of grassy tones present as well. The flavor is toasty, spicy, a touch of sugar is at the end that gives this beer a sweet finish.

Final Analysis: This is a good beer. Not my favorite, not my least favorite. Ole Raspy always wins in my eyes when it comes to North Coast Brewing’s portfolio.
