Amanda made some great goodies this morning. The first was a sweet and savory apple, onion, goat cheese, sugar, champagne vinegar, and olive oil It was delicious!
The apples were soft and tart, the goat cheese held it all together. I loved this pastry immensely!
The second course was a stuffed chicken breast with almonds, parsley, and spices. The stuffing wasn’t that deep but the dressing-like stuffing did add another dimension of flavor to an otherwise excellent meal.
