Uinta Hop Nosh is a delicious example of an India Pale Ale. This ale is better when you have it on draught, but in essence it is a hoppy celebration of hops. There’s some fruit and pine in this beer. There’s some malt backbone here but if you are in the mood for grapefruit, pineapple, and a hoppy finish check this out. I’ll be having this beer on draught later sometime.
