We have had some miserably hot days. Ice Cream makes it so much more tolerable. I’m a big fan of ice cream as you know. I need to get my hands on some Uncle Bob’s Ice Cream, but that’s been out of reach for a while. What I can have is some great candy bar inspired ice cream and that is the Twix Ice Cream Bar.

The thin chocolate chair with the vanilla ice cream and caramel inside make this a delicious recreation of a Twix bar. Is the Twix bar better than the ice cream? Most certainly yes. However this is the perfect dessert on a scorching hot day! What are some of your favorite desserts on a hot day?
