Amanda surprised me this morning with two veggie burgers she prepared from Morningstar. I had a Santa Fe Burger and a Mediterranean Burger, both on sourdough. Both of these burgers were dressed with Munster Cheese. I’m glad Amanda chose Munster. The meal was also accompanied by a white cheddar mac n’ cheese.

The Mediterranean burger tasted like I anticipated it to. I enjoyed the flavors of a nice gyro or hummus from these spices. It resembled a gyro burger. The Santa Fe Burger had great southwest flavors that were exceptionally executed. Morningstar had me thinking I was at Chili’s. If I was vegan I would always be ready and willing to enjoy a Morningstar burger.

The mac n cheese was enjoyable as well.
