For 7.5 hours a wondrous chicken was cooking. Inside of it was garlic and onions. The rub for the chicken was rosemary, herbs de Provence, Italian seasoning, Canadian steak seasoning, Hungarian paprika, fresh cracked peppercorn, and ranch seasoning. To the side of it was rice, corn, and quinoa.
The chicken was fall off of the bone tender with a a savory flavor and a brilliant garlic aroma. The quinoa, rice, and corn was a refreshing and filling side. This was a stupendous meal. Lately, Amanda has been cooking some wonderful meals with chicken. This has certainly been one of them.
