Baked Steak With A Thai Marinade & Some Good Sides

Amanda marinaded the steak in a lime, ginger, and pad Thai marinade. The pad Thai flavors were clear and present within the steak. The marinading lasted for two hours and the steak was baked for twenty-five minutes. The green tomatoes were covered with a basil cream sauce with some lemon pepper. The cheesy potatoes were delicious and I’ll be eating those for breakfast sometime soon.
