Peppermint Pie with a Chocolate Mint Oreo Crust

This refreshing pie has a chocolate oreo crust and a chocolate mousse filling with real peppermint extract inside of it.

The pie is cooling and refreshing. Flavors of chocolate at the start and finish sandwich the refreshing feeling of that this pie provides. I can happily say that this was an elegant and brilliant dessert.
