Background: This is my new favorite IPA. It has a refreshing bite, a firm malt backbone and a balance between hop and malt. This is an IPA, but it is not a hop bomb like many that pollute the style. Revolution knows what they are doing with this one. Let’s talk shop.

Taste & Aroma: The malt aroma is bready and welcoming. A touch of spices is following it too. A spicy and cinnamon-like hop bite follows with a herbal finish. This is refreshing.

 

 

 

 

Final Analysis: Perfectly balanced beer. Big flavor without being overbearing is what you get with Denali hero. I’d love to have this on tap.
