Background: My wife’s tumor is no more. I’ll explain later. Right now I’m celebrating with this Galaxy Hero IPA.
Taste & Aroma: A piney, earthy, and tangerine nose greets the drinker. I also detected some faint maple. The flavor is funky! You’ll get some orange, pineapple, tangerine, and a hoppy finish.
