Amanda made a tremendous dinner! The Braunschweiger Bombs were delightful spheres of bacon, liverwurst, honey dijon mustard dressing, regular cream cheese, and garlic & herbs cream cheese, and braunschweiger. This was a flavorful union!
The ham pie had a crust of crescent dough. The filling was homemade horseradish sauce, black forest ham, caramelized onions, and smoked gouda! Savory meat pies are some of my favorite meals. And this was outstanding!
