Amanda made this brilliant cheesecake. I’m not a fan of fruit flavored cheesecakes at all. However, this changed my mind completely.

Amanda used raspberry jam to give this cheesecake a tart, but not a sickly sweet flavor. I almost wanted another piece. Better judgement prevailed though. I’ll have more later.
