Crab and Porcini Mushroom Quiche by Amanda

Amanda made a tremendous crab and porcini mushroom quiche that was brilliant! Natrually buttery crab paired well with earthy and moist porcini mushrooms. This was an amazing sunday brunch for two! This was another hit from my bombshell wife.
