Background: I am fond of some light beers. This one my wife brought home. I’m excited to try it.
Taste & Aroma: The aroma is of rice. It smells like a lot of Japanese rice centered lagers like Sapporo. Surprisingly, I have never reviewed that beer. I need to do so! The flavor is biscuity. There’s a citrus middle, and the finish is rather dull.
Final Analysis: Fine beer! Michelob Ultra on draught beats it though. I’ll try that next time.
