I find this song to be both riveting and calming. Its from Bowie’s Tin Machine days.

I recently discovered Tin Machine and quite frankly I missed them. I’m not suprised though. I was an infant when they had their short yet storied history. Baby Universal is one of the products of this fabulous band. Bowie re-recorded it and now it is available on his latest EP: Is it Any Wonder. It was supposed to be on Earthling. Yet, somehow it was not released there.

One source said this song is in regards to Bowie’s newfound maturity.
